About Your Privacy...
We take privacy very seriously. As such we will not sell, lend, lease or rent your data to other parties.
When you provide us with your personal data we will not use it in ways that we have not made clear to you at the beginning. Some of this will be implied in a commercial relationship - we will keep personal details to help us with billing, fulfilling orders and so on. Some of this - such as marketing - we will ask for your explicit consent before we use your data in this way. If you've not agreed in advance to receiving our marketing messages we'll do our best not to send them to you.
As research is a key part of our business we may - from time to time - ask you to participate in surveys and other research activity. Generally we will recruit respondents separately, but if we do identify you as a possible research subject we will endeavour to approach you politely and will respect any requests to be omitted from either the research or the findings.
In all cases individual responses to research are treated in strictest confidence.
We can - and do - outsource parts of our business to other companies, such as Google and PayPal, which means that your personal data may be processed by these companies on our behalf. Where this takes place we ensure that they are not permitted to use your personal data in ways that we would not.
You can - at any time - request a complete copy of all personal data that we hold about you by making a request in writing and enclosing the 10 pound fee for a subject access request. You can do this either by writing to our registered address, or by using our contact form.
The only time we will disclose your personal data to a third party which is not covered by the above is when a properly formed request is made by a law enforcement agency.
